Live Break Terms & Conditions

A live break allows customers to purchase a specific team or predefined team bundle from the sealed products shown in the break listing.

Purchasing a spot does not entitle the customer to an entire box. The customer receives only the cards allocated to the team or team bundle purchased.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Each listing will show the products being opened, available teams or team bundles, price per spot, streaming platform and any special rules.

Break formats and the number of spots may differ depending on the product. The information shown on the individual break listing forms part of these Terms.

Once all available spots have been sold, CardHouse CY will announce the date and time of the live break.

The date or time may be changed due to circumstances outside our control. If CardHouse CY cancels a break, all affected spots will be fully refunded.

All products will be shown factory sealed and opened during the live broadcast. The products, packs and cards will remain visible during the opening.

Customers do not need to watch the broadcast live. Where possible, a recording will remain available after the break.

If the stream is interrupted by a technical problem, the break may be paused and resumed once the connection or equipment is restored.

Cards are allocated according to the team or team bundle stated in the break listing.

Unless the listing states otherwise:

• The team shown on the card determines its allocation.
• If no team is clearly shown, the official manufacturer checklist will be used.
• Multi-team cards will be allocated through a random draw conducted live between the customers who own the represented teams.
• Unassigned redemption cards, points or cards that cannot reasonably be linked to one team will be randomly allocated live among the eligible participants.

CardHouse CY's allocation decision will be based on the card, official checklist and these rules.

Unless the individual listing states otherwise, all cards pulled for the purchased team or team bundle, including base cards, will be sent to the customer.

A team or team bundle may produce no cards, autographs, memorabilia cards, numbered cards or other hits. No particular card, number of cards or monetary value is guaranteed.

The contents, condition, printing quality and card selection are determined by the manufacturer. Manufacturer misprints, printing imperfections, damaged cards, expired redemptions or missing advertised box contents are not the responsibility of CardHouse CY.

A cancellation may be requested before the break begins and before any product is opened.

Once the live opening has started, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds will not be issued because a team produced no cards, no valuable cards or fewer cards than another team.

By purchasing a spot, the customer requests that CardHouse CY perform the live-break service on the announced date and acknowledges that the service cannot be reversed after the products have been opened.

Cards will be sorted and securely packaged after the break. Shipping or collection charges and available methods will be shown at checkout.

Several break orders may be combined into one shipment where agreed with the customer. Delivery and collection are governed by the general CardHouse CY Terms & Conditions.

Customers must not interfere with the live broadcast, abuse other participants or attempt to manipulate the break. CardHouse CY may remove participants who engage in fraudulent, abusive or disruptive conduct.

Any matter not specifically covered by these Live Break Terms will be handled under the general CardHouse CY Terms & Conditions and Cyprus law.
